Shipping Policy
We ship orders on a daily basis with registered post. Once your parcel has been sent we will forward you the tracking number. If you are not completely satisfied please return the goods to us within 14 days in its original condition. No dog hair or dirty marks.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. We can refuse a refund if the garment is not in the original condition or the incorrect size has been ordered. Of course you will be contacted and we will try our best to accommodate you in the best way we can. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Refunds could take up to two weeks depending on the above process if the product is returned to us. Items on sale or on special are not refundable.
