HOW TO ORDER FROM US

We hope you have enjoyed browsing our site and are ready to take the next step. Please feel free to email us if you are unsure of placing the order. If you are unsure of the size you need to order please drop us a mail and we will guide you. Below are some useful steps to placing an order please read through. It’s very important we have the correct info!

Compare your sizes to ours on the grid. Choose your size and click on the “Add to cart” button. You will then be directed to our setcom secure payment site. You will then be viewing your shopping cart. You can either continue with the payment or you can choose to continue shopping! Please note we do not charge for delivery on garments and dog beds. Accessories you need purchase 3 or more to qualify for free delivery. Please note delivery outside of South Africawill be quoted 1st. Once you are finished adding to your cart all you need to do is follow the easy instructions on setcom to complete your purchase. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email with your delivery time. Please note we do not take responsibility for the incorrect size ordered. If you do not feel comfortable ordering through Setcom you may email us the details and we will send you the order form. Electronic transfer will then replace Setcom.
Return Policy
We strongly recommend you measure your pet before you place your order. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect size ordered. Orders are custom made on the measure you send us. We do add some space as your needs room to move when they run and should be able to continue as normal. If a pet falls between two sizes please pick the larger of the two or the most dominating size. If you did choose a size to big we will refund you the difference.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders on a daily basis with registered post. Once your parcel has been sent we will forward you the tracking number. If you are not completely satisfied please return the goods to us within 14 days in its original condition. No dog hair or dirty marks. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. We can refuse a refund if the garment is not in the original condition or the incorrect size has been ordered. Of course you will be contacted and we will try our best to accommodate you in the best way we can. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Refunds could take up to two weeks depending on the above process if the product is returned to us. Items on sale or on special are not refundable.
